This information may be used to automatically record or assist in recording employee clock-in and clock-out times and other job-related activity. To provide these features, the ServiceProz mobile application may access the device's location, including while the application is running in the background or is not actively displayed on the device, depending on the user's device settings and permissions. Location information collected through these features is used for legitimate business purposes associated with providing ServiceProz services, including workforce management, job-site activity, timekeeping, and verification of arrival at or departure from assigned service locations. ServiceProz does not use location information collected through the geofencing feature for advertising purposes. Access to device location is subject to the permissions provided by the device user through the applicable mobile operating system. Disabling location permissions may prevent certain ServiceProz features, including automatic geofence-based clock-in and clock-out functionality, from operating correctly. Location and geofencing information may be made available to the ServiceProz customer or employer that manages the user's ServiceProz account in connection with its use of the ServiceProz workforce management services.
